Full refunds for room fees and are available with 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in partial refunds or no refund depending on the length of stay and hotel policies. In order for Eden Restful Retreat™ to give you the best service, we purchase the room and guarantee it and schedule nursing care and other services which you may need or request. Since most hotels have a 24 hour cancellation policy Eden Restful Retreat™ may be obligated to pay for the first night and incur other penalties unless we know 48 hours in advance. If Eden Restful Retreat™ can and will refund only the monies it receives from hotel and vendor refunds. If your stay is related to a medical procedure and you need to change the date please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make sure that there is availability for your revised dates.
The daily program fee for Eden Restful Retreat™ and other Eden Med Spas programs is subject to a $50 cancellation charge with less than 48 hours notice. Specialty nursing, companion, or other requested services also require 48 hours advance notice of cancellation. We understand that circumstances or unforseen events can change your plans. We can serve you best if you keep us updated on any potential changes.
